What will happen when I visit for the first time?

If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you or have you stand up. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for awhile—and that’s fine with us! Come in, enjoy the fun atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you.

What do I wear to attend your services?

You’ll find everything from casual clothes to business suits at our Weekend Service. Come in what is comfortable for you, because Canvas Church is not about what you look like or what you wear.

What is a weekend service like?

It starts with coffee.  Seriously.  Come a few minutes early to visit the Canvas Cafe and grab a drink from our selection of Starbuck blends and cold drinks.  When you enter the Worship Center you’ll be greeted by one of our hosts who will help you find a seat.  Our Canvas Worship team will be playing some great tunes and you’re welcome to sing along or just take it in.   Following the music there will be some teaching from the Bible that we trust will be relevant to your life and interesting regardless of where you are in your faith journey.  Mix in some videos and there you have it.  Service is always over before lunch.  And…just incase you’re hungry when you leave you’ll find a variety of cookies and other treats in our lobby.  Help yourself.

What about my kids?

In the lobby you will find the “Canvas Kids check in” where you can check in your children from ages 3 months to 11 years old for their class.  A Canvas Kids team member will then direct you to the age appropriate classroom that will be fun, exciting and educational. All of our staff is trained to work with kids and have had full background checks to ensure a safe environment for your children. Please arrive 10 minutes before service in order to check in your children. If you need help finding anything or with check in please feel free to ask one of our Canvas team members and we will assist you with your needs.
